The Reserved Alternative Investment Fund (RAIF) is an investment fund that can invest in all types of assets. It is considered an alternative investment fund (AIF) and is not itself subject to product approval by the CSSF. Currently, the fair-finance real estate sustainable and the WBP real estate sustainable debt are under this fund shell. The fair-finance real estate sustainable invests primarily in sustainable residential real estate, while the WBP real estate sustainable debt provides mezzanine financing for equally sustainable real estate projects.
